Hi Team,

LM5134 has Pilot implement fast turn off power MOSFET, but not qualified automotive AEC-100 grade.
Also Pilot function benefit miller clamp, right? Could you help to suggest another parts for me? Thanks.

Hi John,

Thanks for asking about LM5134 that will help with false turn on correct, but does not function as such.
It looks like you need Q1 device with miller clamp.
We have a few isolated drivers with internal miller clamp.
Check out UCC5310M and UCC5390M
also the ISO545x/ISO585x families.

HI John,

I am confused with the question you are asking, do you require the miller clamp function (for high dv/dt related miller turn on) or pilot function (for fast turn off and reduce loop inductance)?
