TPS610981: TPS610981

Part Number: TPS610981
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1310

Dear,

I'm using TPS610981 on a project based on CC1310 IC. It is powered by a CR2032 battery. When the battery is not fully charged, sometimes when the device is started the current reaches a high value (around 100mA) and the battery voltage falls below 1V. If I enter a milliammeter, this problem occurs more often.

Checking the recommended circuits I found different values of Rin between the datasheet circuit, EVM and Webench. In the data sheet is recommended 400 Ohms, EVM 300Ohms and webench 0.4Ohms.

I am using 400Ohms and I believe that a smaller resistance could avoid my problem. Could you explain to me how this Rin works in the recommended circuit, please?

Thanks and regards ...
