TPS797: LDO Recommendations

Helllo,

I am looking for an LDO with:

very low quiescent current (sub microamp)

1.8V

50mA max

Small footprint

Low cost in volume

Only device I found is TPS797, are there better fits to my requirements?

    Hi,

    Thank you for sending this request over. I would like to recommend TPS7A05 as it comes in a X2SON (1x1) or the TPS7A10 as it has a DSBGA option available. If you are looking for lower IQ, TPS782 would be a good choice however it comes in a little bit bigger packages (SON-6 and SOT-23).
