TPS40210: TPS40210 (PMP5666) snubber circuit（R3, C6) value question?

There is a classic app note on this topic, at the following link:

You should refer to Figures 3, and Figure 4b for the two different snubbers used in the ref design. Usually one is adequate. I guess the 2nd snubber was added in case the 1st one did not work well.
