Hello TI Experts,
We are using BQ24104 in our old product, now we want to add power path function but don't want to change the charger~
I refer to the SLUA376 to design the circuit:www.ti.com.cn/.../slua376.pdf
and we met with a problem need your suggestion:
When their is no input voltage(No Vin),the D1 diode leaks back, giving the VIN a voltage from the Vbat.
Q3 can not be completely turned on, resulting in a relatively large voltage drop, the efficiency of the whole circuit is relatively low.
Our current is 2A, can you give me any suggestion how to avoid the problem?
I have an idea: I use TPS2001C to replace diode D1, is it feasible?
