BQ24090: TS pin on BQ24090

Dear Sir,

BQ24090, I put 10k on the TS, it doesn't works for some board, but if i change to 100kohm, it works, as i know BQ24090 should connect 10k on the TS pin, but it doesn't work. Is there anything i should look into?

Can you help to review my schematic?

An NTC value of 10k ohms should work for the BQ24090, BQ24092 and BQ24095. Package marking 24090, 24092 and 24095.
But the BQ24091 and BQ24093 will require an NTC value of 100k ohms. Package marking 24091 and 24093.
Have you checked the board to verify that BQ24090 is installed.

Yes, checked the device marking, is BQ24090. But some of my boards aren't work. Due to i need to run production on Monday, May I know if i supply a 0.5V to the TS pin, is there any concern? I am not putting any NTC/ resistor and just have a 0.5V supplied to TS pin.

If the TS pin is held at 0.5V -- would be ok.
