Hi Team,
My customer is using TL750M05 in their design. They find that the output ripple is large when add a small load at the output as below. The input and output capacitor are 10uF. Do you have any comments on this?

Yangbo

Hi Yangbo,
In order to help debug, please provide a scopeshot with Vin, Vout, and if possible Iout. This will help us see the relationship between the rails.
What is the small load (1 mA, 10 mA)? Is it a resistive load?
Please also tell us more about the capacitors selected. Are they ceramic, tantalum, etc? Please note that TL750M was released over 30 years ago well before ceramic capacitors became common place. As a result, higher ESR is required for stability than a more modern linear regulator, particularly at light load.
Very Respectfully,
Ryan
