Did TPS62560 have OVP function?

I don't find the any OVP description on datasheet.

If not, could you kindly let me know the reason?

It's my pleasure to support you.

You are right there is no OVP. Since 100% mode is allowed (great advantage of this device) the output voltage can be as high as input voltage.
All you need to do is to respect the Vin abs max rating of 7V.
