Dear,

our client design ARC Board, but we find some part was NRND and Discontinued status.

LMS202ECMX Discontinued.

 

SM72238TD-5.0 (NRND)

 

SM72240MF-3.08 (NRND)

 

have any suggestion TI part for our reference.

    Lawrence,

    My group can  help you find the proper replacement for SN72240MF since this is a voltage supervisor (Reset IC). My recommendation for a similar device is TPS3825. This device has all of the same functionality with an additional complementary output.

    For SM72238TD this is a voltage regulator so I believe the LDO group is who you want to contact. YOu can also use the LDO parametric search which allows you to enter the parameters you need for you device: http://www.ti.com/power-management/linear-regulators-ldo/products.html 

    And LMS202ECM is a Transceiver so I think you can start with TRS202, TRS202E, or MAX202
