Hi,

I wanted to confirm what should be done with the SEQ_DLY pin on the TPS65265 if manual sequencing via the EN pins is used.

Is it OK to leave this pin floating?

SEQ_DLY pin definition:
Delay time programmable between bucks at automatic power sequencing mode. Connect an external capacitor to set the interval delay time.

If you don't need to set interval delay time between BUCK1/2/3, you can float this pin.
