TPS54239E: Capacitor at VREG5 pin

Hi,

Due to shortage of MLCC capacitor in the market, my customer would like to change C170 capacitor in their schematics from 0.47U/16V/X5R/0402 to 0.47U/10V/X5R/0402. 

Questions they have are:

1. Will it affect any performance ?
2. After changing the capacitor, Is output voltage and ripple the key parameters to check ?
