Hello Lobo,
Can you please say why you require this information or what exactly you need ?
TI does not generally specify the the resistance to ground of the pins for any of the ic's.
The controlled parameters for the ic are those specified in the data sheet for the part.
If you need an open/short circuit test report as part of UL (or any other safety ) testing requirements then it generally required to do the test yourself on the bench.

Would you please provide resistance of the pin 16 to pin 1 ? We need this value for factory ICT ( in circuit test).
