What is the recommended PCB Land Pattern for the YZF package?

I see that the solder balls are on a 0.5mm centered grid. and the solder ball size is 0.25/0.35mm (min/max).

Did I read the datasheet correctly on those dimensions?

Just wondering what the land pattern should be.
