Hello Andy,

The TPS40056 uses fixed UVLO. In order to use an adjustable UVLO you will need to use a device with a UVLO pin or an Enable pin.

You can see an example in Figure 14 of the following datasheet: www.ti.com/.../lm73605.pdf
