Hey Munir,

If you are talking about electrical latch up due to radiation, as I have said previously about EP parts is that they are neither radiation tested nor assured.

Is this the type of electrical latch up you were talking about?

This is a reliability test; it does not have anything to do with radiation. Electrical latch up testing is done by component manufacturers according to a JEDEC standards.

Hey Munir,

All of are parts are tested for electrical latchup before we release it.

None of our parts are susceptible to non-radiation electrical latch up.
