BQ24095: Battery IC start heating and don't stop battery charging when battery in reverse polarity

Hello Sir,

First i want to introduce with my charging circuit with reverse battery protection unit.

Issue: When i charge my battery in the right way there will be ok but when i change the polarity of battery then charging current pass through MOSFET's body diode and charging ic heat up so kindly share a solution for it how can i bypass battery when a battery in reverse polarity.
