For the above photos, discoloration and spotted Buildup of oxidation on the pin were found.

May i have the explanation for these?

Hi Brian,
I checked with the packaging team. The response is given below.

Not sure if this is coming out fresh from a sealed vacuum pack.
Otherwise it is normal for some Matte Sn plated finish to oxidize. However this is not an issue since mounting these parts will be using a solder paste with flux and flux will clean and remove these type of oxides.
