Hi,

Our customer now us looking for display panel driver, here are the requirement:

VPOS +15v@2mA

VNEG -15v@2mA

VGL -20v@2mA

VGH +25v@1mA

VDD +3.3v@12mA

Is there any driver combine with these 5 power rail in 1 chip? Or any discrete solution recommendable.

Hi Chentsu,
I think you're giving us the 5 power rails for outputs; can you also give us the input power source for these outputs?

Hi,

The input could be 5V or 12v(based on best solution to modify schematic), and I'm looking for PMIC like TPS65186, TPS65155 or reference design like PMP9770.

Please help to check is there any reference design or PMIC suitable, thank you very much.

Hi Chentsu,

The best solution would be the TPS651851, but an input voltage of 5V would require an additional 3.3V LDO to supply the VDD logic rail. The TPS651851 only has a load switch that enables the 3.3V rail.

The external LDO could be placed before the Load Switch to utilize the active discharge feature of the V3P3.

Thanks for yuor response. so for the request:
VGL -20v@2mA
VGH +25v@1mA

I should use VDDH ,VEE, and modify feedback resistor to meet -20V and 25V, am I right?

Hi Chentsu,

You are correct. These values are typical configurations mentioned in the parametric table for CP1 (VDDH) and CP2 (VEE).
