customer want to set their needed default data to EEPROM of BUF20800

if yes, could you send me the method?

Hi Max,

BUF20800 doesn't have on board memory, the block diagram is the application solution with external EEPROM.
If you need one with integrated non-volatile memory:
BUF22821 has two on board banks memory, 24 channels-10bits resolution and 2 VCOM buffers.
