TPS25910: TPS25910

Part Number: TPS25910

Dear SIR:

Good day!!

Would you help to review the circuit and have any recommend and advice for the circuit ?

ThanksPWR_TI_Review.pdf

  • Hi Talex Wu,

Good to see so many TPS25910 on your schematic. Looks like you intend to current limit at 2A and 3A.

My only concern in your schematic is how you intend to drive the EN signal,

Is the below circled resistance is 0 Ohms. Can you help me understand more about how you intend to drive the EN signal in the below circuit.

    Regards,

    Praveen

  • Dear SIR:

Yes,As you mention that "Is the below circled resistance is 0 Ohms" is Right.

(Change another word: R1304 and R1312 is  0 Ohms  ,But the different :R1304  un-mounted ,R1312  mounted ,  more detail : the component Value with "X_"  meaning  un-mounted , without  "X_"  meaning  mounted )

<change another word :  un-mounted = de-pop = without the component on board but reserved   , mounted = pop  = with the component on Board>

    Because Original circuit is use MF-MSMF200-2 for 5V  , miniSMDC260F/12-2  for 12V

    MF-MSMF200-2

    miniSMDC260F/12-2

In front of Q8...... Circuit as attached picture.

    That 74LVC273PW default output Low control TPS25910 pin 16 EN# by Q (BSS138) then TPS25910 output 5V and 12V.

When some condition ,The Host will set  That 74LVC273PW output High to control TPS25910 pin 16 EN# by Q (BSS138) then TPS25910 Disable output  5V and 12V.

    Thanks

  • Hi TAlex Wu,

If the resistors starting with 'X' are no pop, then the schematics are good to go.

After seeing so many TPS25910 on your schematic we are curious to know the application that you are working on. Can you let us know the application ?

    Regards,

    Praveen
