am looking for li-ion Battery  charger  4.1V

  • Operation temp: -20 to +85c
  • Without NTC temp Feedback
  • Charge current: 200mA
  • Low drop, less then 100mV
  • Vin=4.25V
  • low cost
  • Eli,

TI has an older chargers, BQ24203 and BQ24010, with battery charge voltage at 4.1V but dropout could be as high as 500mV/500mA*200mA = 200mV. Other, newer linear chargers with lower Rdson, have fixed VBATREG=4.2V. However, any of the chargers with JEITA TS function, like BQ24090, automatically lower the charge voltage to ~4.05V in JEITA WARM. You could use resistors on TS to fool the charger into lowering the regulation point. Unfortunately, the BQ24090 has approximately the same 200mV dropout as the older parts.
