Hi,

Maximum Junction Temperature is specified "internal limited" as below.

Does it mean that this device is not achieved maximum junction temperature because thermal shutdown temperature work surely?

Hi, Kuramochi-san,

Correct, our part have over temperature shutdown function. If Tj touches OTSD threshold, part will shutdown.

How much is the actual junction temperature?

My customer requires the difference the actual junction temperature and working voltage of thermal shut down.

If you mean operation junction temperature,please calculate as below guide in datasheet.

Sorry for my uncertain inquiry.

How much is the absolute maximum junction temperature?

For example, maximum junction temperature is specified 180℃ on TPS25810-Q1 though thermal shutdown is functioned.

Hi, Kuramochi-san,

The max recommend operation Tj is 125deg and OTSD Tj is 155deg. The part can work between 125deg to 155deg, but may cause life span loss. With the OTSD function, the part can never operate above 155deg.

Could you tell me why you need this data?
