LM4041A12: LM4041A12

Part Number: LM4041A12
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4041-N

We currently use in our products, parts that have with the following marking :

(National Semi Logo)  47016

           4041A

            IZ1.2

We have several questions:

1.  Are these parts RoHS compliant?

2. For future reference:

What is the meaning of the characters 47016?

How can we use the meaning of the characters 47016, to determine if parts are RoHS compliant or not?

Please advise an answer,  to at least the first question, on Mon 12-3-18, if possible.

  • Hi Mark,

Sorry we did not get back to you by 12-3-18. The E2E system was having issues.

The device you have is a LM4041-N
    www.ti.com/.../lm4041-n-q1.pdf

The markings you have can be found on the OPA on section 13. They will be on the right hand column.
The " 4041A IZ1.2" is the device marking that goes with the order able device name.
The 47016 is possibly an encoded factory/lot code.
If you look for " 4041A IZ1.2" on the OPA, it shows that the device is Eco Plan "Green" which is RoHS compliant.
