Is it possible to rework using a soldering iron?

I think it seems impossible as long as I look at the package.

If possible, can you also tell me about the soldering peak heating temperature (° C) and the soldering peak heating time (sec)?

It has potential risk if you rework with soldering iron because of the MSL level 2 limitation. But the risk is low if you only rework several boards.
