TPS62133A-Q1: No voltage regulation

Part Number: TPS62133A-Q1

I have a 5V, 3A design at low frequency configuration with a 12V input voltage. I followed the example connection diagram for the 5V fixed version (Figure 47) and the suggested layout from the product's datasheet (with the proper changes for the 5V fixed version, Figure 55), also the 12V are feeding the IC correctly, but there is no voltage at the output and the PG output is at low level. This is my schematic.

At the time, I did not change the component's default value and the manufacturer assembled a 1K resistor instead of a 100K resistor in R1 and I noticed it after I plugged the input voltage to the board, but I doubt that this is the reason the regulator is not delivering any voltage level. Also, I used the MPIA4020V2-2R2-R inductor from Eaton, which according to their datasheet, has a 3.8A current rating and 5.5A current saturation. This is the regulator's layout.
