LM10502: The Buck1 and Buck2 efficiency curve

Part Number: LM10502
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62821, TLV62568

Hi Team,

Please kindly provide the Buck1 and Buck2 efficiency curve at VIN 5V, VOUT 3V. Like Figure2,3 of data sheet.

We focus on the light load 10mA~35mA. Customer require efficiency>90%

Thanks

  • Daniel,

Unfortunately, if the efficiency curves are not available in the datasheet then they cannot be provided.

In this case, I doubt a PMIC will have the efficiency you require at light loads (>90% efficiency for 10mA-35mA loads in a buck converter capable of 1A max DC current).

The TLV62568 and TPS62821 are devices that appear to be capable of meeting the performance you require, based on the efficiency curve shown on the 1st page of the datasheet.
