    TPS54550 was released prior to the modernization of our thermal metrics, so θJB(℃/W) and θJC (℃/W) values are not readily available. Our team is on holiday right now, but I can request our modeling team to generate the data after the break. Look for an answer in approximately two weeks time.

    Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 37.2
    Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 22.4
    Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 16.8
    Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.6
    Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 16.6
    Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 1.6
