LP8545: LED backlight driver unused outputs?

I want to use this LED backlight driver with 4 or 5 LED strings. How do I connect the unused outputs?

Hi Ken,
It should be connect to GND for unused outputs.

Is this stated in the data sheet? Why would the driver not report a shorted LED string fault if it is grounded?

Hi Ken,
Most of our multi-channel backlight driver has integrated the function of detect the un-used led channel when start up and it will automacilly removed from the control loop.

Hi Ken,
I have checked with our designer, those unused pin can be left floating, not shuould be connected to GND, because tis has not intergarted un-used detection.I'm soory for the previous wrong information.
