Dear Chuck,
Thanks for the quick response.
While testing TPS2514 devices with different Apple devices (with below 10% battery), we are not able to get 2.7/2.0V or 2.0/2.7V on the D+/D- lines, rather it is going to the BC1.2 negotiation, could you please help in this issues. We verified the design with the TPS2513EVM-527, but didn’t find any difference.

Dear Chuck,
Thanks for the reply..!
Is it possible to let us know how your technical team have evaluated this device TPS2514, for different Apple devices? Also, can you please share the list of Apple devices that your technical teams has verified the functionality (Divider 1 DCP and Divider 2 DCP) of TPS2514.
Dear Chuck,
Below I tabulated the test result for TPS2514 devices with the no load condition and load condition (of different apple devices).
Parameter | No device connected | iphone 7 | ipad pro 9.7 | iphone 8 |
VBUS (V) | 5.01 | 5.01 | 5.01 | 5.01 |
D- (V) | 1.7 | 0.988 | 0.963 | 0.84 |
D+ (V) | 2.17 | 0.989 | 0.967 | 0.838 |
Load current (A) | 0.97 | 0.947 | 0.967 |

Dear Chuck,
I am attaching the waveform for D+ (2.26V) and D- (1.78V). Afterwards its switching to 0.768V and 0.767V in the D+ and D- line with no load condition This same waveform we observed in our two boards, later we replaced with new chip (TPS2514) in one of the board also, and still we get the same waveform as below.
Below picture is for D+ line.
Below picture is for D- line
