Hello KH,
Thanks for the question. I'm checking into this and will get back to you when I have more information. Because this is a back-to-back dual FET configuration with no access to the mid-point, it's difficult to measure VF vs. ID. It's possible that one FET could be turned on and VF of the other FET could be measured.
