We need the automation level, great performance and the great cost.

I don't know how to find the Negative high voltage supply, If you can teach me, it will be so good.

    Hello Elsa,
    A very interesting design.

    Consider the TPS63700 for the 5V to -3V@0.1A
    The TPS63710 is a synchronous converter that would provide higher efficiency.

    For your +12V to -70V, it appears you want it variable from -70V to -300V @ 5mA.
    Please verify.
    This output may be difficult without a transformer, direct duty cycle for +12 to -300 will be an extreme duty cycle.
    A flyback design may be more appropriate.

    Hello Elsa,

    For 5.5V to -3V, LMR70503 would be the smallest solution we have available as far as I know. The device is WCSP, sometimes customer do not like this package.

    For the negative converter, a flyback design is a possibility. Please have a look at this design:
