Hello E2E,
Customer would like to request sample code for tlc59208f.
Below is thier challenge.
Their product’s software is Linux base and kernel version is 4.4.
They need following driver/utilies to bring up tlc59208f:
(1) I2C driver : basically, if tlc59208f follow standard i2c protocol, then they could use main board’s(Qualcom IPQ4018) I2C driver.
And, if we have I2C driver on hand, please share to customer for reference.
(2) tlc59208f driver: it will control tlc59208f chip through I2C interface. The control/operation maybe: tlc59208f initilization, light on , light off ... that tlc59208f support.
Another, driver will support ioctl request from Linux user space(see item(3) below), too.
(3) (Linux user space)’ application or utility or sample code to issue ioctl command to tlc59208f driver to config tlc59208f chip or get info from tlc59208f.
Could you pleasee help check if we have those smaple code/software components for us porting to bring up / control tlc59208f ?
