TPS2557: Turnon Time at CL=1mF, RL=Open

Hello Team,

I could find that Ternon Time, ton, is 9ms as max under the condition of CL = 1 µF, RL= 100 Ω in the datasheet page 6.
Could you let me know the ton under CL=1mF and RL=Open, Vin=3.3V?

    • Ton = 5.12ms with the condition CL=1mF and RL=Open, Vin=3.3V;
    • Ton=6.71ms with the condition CL=1mF and RL=Open, Vin=6.5V;

                 

    • Ton = 6.39ms with the condition CL=1uF and RL=100ohm, Vin=6.5V;

              Noted:  Due to the no-stock of EVM and device, I simulate the part with software TINA.

                           Have checked with Char data, can make sure the value is right.

    I have additional question below.

    Could you please let me know ton at the Current-Limit Threshold seting as 1.6A and 0.9A?
    Your similation result may be typical value.
    Please let me know about min and max including all temp range and product variation.

    1. Ton has nothing with current limit threshold.

    2. For your another question, Ton defination, I have answered the question, Min and Max is fixed considering margin.

    Can your caractrization data cover the condition?
