Hi,

Could you tell me the waveform of LMZ31520 PH pin and VOUT pin when over temperature protection?
My customer want to know the waveform in case of over temperature protection.

    Hi Yusuke-san,

    During thermal shutdown where the junction temperature exceeds 145C the part is forced to stop switching. Only after the junction temperature drops below 135 will the part start a power up sequence begin switching again.  

    I did a whiteboard drawup of what I expect PH and VOUT to look like at various conditions. Hope this answers your question.
