Linux/BQ27541-G1: GG file with more than 96 data bytes

Part Number: BQ27541-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Tool/software: Linux

Hi Support Team,

After lot of efforts I could able to generate one successful GG file for my battery of capacity 800mAh.

I am trying to implement the logic for flashing gg file from Micro controller samC21(micro chip).

I went through the doc slua541a.pdf. In this document under section 1.1 its says :

"Each line of the file represents one command and potentially 96 bytes of data, as described in the following text. No row contains more
than 96 data bytes".

But few lines in my gg file has more than 96 bytes of data. HOW IS POSSIBLE ?

I have attached the gg files for your reference.

1: Can the gg file have line with more than 96 bytes ?

2: If so what should be changed in the bqtool. I am taking the reference of test tool found at https://git.ti.com/bms-linux/bqtool

3: If it cannot have 96 bytes of data, how did my gg file created with these kind of wrong data. What did I do wrong?

I have also uploaded my gg files for the reference.

Please help.

Thanks,

Dayananda
