BQ26100: SDQ high voltage and low voltage level shift

Part Number: BQ26100

Hi team,

BQ26100 is used in SDZ power mode, as figure below shows. When use DSO to measure SDZ waveform, customer found the logic high voltage lower than 3.3 V and low logic voltage higher than zero. My question is:

1.  Why the high level will be lower than 3.3V? Is there a diode in the SDZ pin and extra current flow into the SDZ pin, which result in voltage drop?

2. Why the o logic voltage level higher than 0V, is there any risk of mis-detect?
