Can anybody explain the equation to find the Req?? Why Rdson is subtracted??

Hi Anson,

Please reference our Design Recommendations app note for more details on this calculation here in section 4.2: www.ti.com/.../slua811b.pdf where the rdson in the internal CB FET resistance when it is ON, which would be in the CB path so would need to be accounted for when adjusting the current for cell balancing.
