BQ76930: How to clear faults DEV_XD?

Dears,

I try to click the button of "Clear Fault",  but the result is invalid.

Please give some advice, thanks a lot.

    Hi Gary,

    The DEVICE_XREADY fault indicates that one of the upper cells of the BQ76930 is not reaching the correct voltage. The fault cannot be cleared without resolving the issue. Check the voltages at the BAT and VC10 pins, check the voltage on CAP2, and check the connection of the thermistors - they must have a resistance and be connected to the appropriate reference. Also, search the forum for "XREADY" to view other posts where users resolved this issue.
