Hi, I need MTBF data for this IC : LMZ31503RUQT but I am unable to find in this link : http://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp#resultstable

    Hi Vishwajit,

    The MTBF calculated reliability specification can be found in Section 4.3 of the datasheet. The expected MTBF is 40.1Million hours.

    Hi Jimmy,

    I have checked the link and found the MTBF value but I need the following data related to MTBF as well for the same IC :

    1. confidence level
    2. No. of devices tested
    3. No. of failures
    4. Test hours per device
    5. Activation energy
    6. Equivalent device hours

    Kindly provide me the same as soon as possible

    I recently got information back from the product reliability team. The MTBF has been updated and I've attached the file here.

    As for the specific information you've requested, that information is for a typical TI IC die. The modules are in effect an assembly with various components. Following TR332 model:

    MTBF: 65,616,795

    FIT: 15.2

    Usage Temperature(degC) : 55

    Confidence Level (%): 90

    Activation Energy(eV): 0.45

    Test TEmeprature(degC): Operation 50% Load
