BQ77910A: Any new protector can use for OV 2800mV and UV 1600mV

Hi Team,

My customer is using specified cell and the target OV will be to 2800mV and UV will be 1600mV. In the past, they adapt bq77910.

Since this P/N is NRND, any solution is good for this purpose.

For bq77905, the MIN OV is 3000mV. Seems like this is not good for this.

In this case go ahead with BQ77910. It's NRND but we will keep building the part.
