TPS22917: Active Low equivalent to TPS22917 load switch

Hi, 

I'm looking for a load switch with the same properties as the TPS22917 load switch but with active low enable. Package should be SOT-23.

Does TI have such a load switch?

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    Unfortunately, we don't have an active-low equivalent to the TPS22917. We do have other load switches in active-low variants, such as the TPS22910A, TPS22916, and TPS22920, but none in a SOT-23 package.

    You could also try adding an external FET the enable pin pulled-up to VIN. This would act a simple inverter to invert the enable signal.
