Hi Brian,

Yes Iout=800mA is guaranteed for this device. We recommend to customers for the usual life time of the device not to use max current more than 12 hours a day. Otherwise the lifetime of the part will be shorten.
The current limit is 1000mA. If the high side transistor/inductor goes beyond 1000mA then the high-side transistor is turned off.

You said can't used max current over 12hr/one day, it is mean continue max current 800mA can't keep over 12hr/one day?
High side transistor was turned off and it will auto retry turn on once the over current case disappear? and 1A current limit is min ? how about it's tolerance? and IC is how to monitor over current ?is by monitor high-side transistor D-S net voltage gap or ?

Add one more question.

When TPS82693's B1(Mode) pin pull to Low, but keep the EN pin at high which the TPS82693 will operator at auto PFM and the standby max quiescent current is ?

Hi Brian,

As explained previously, it only means that if 800mA output current is used more than 12 hours a day, then the operating lifetime of the device will be derated. You can run the device more than 12 hours a day if needed.

The system will turn on again the high side transistor when over current case has disappeared. 1 A is a typical peak Output Current limit value. The tolerance on this value is not specified.

As you can see in topic 9.2 of D/S, current limit detection is on high side transistor.

I don't really understand the question you are asking here.
TPS8269x is a fixed output device family and Vout=1.2V is not part of the possible output voltages. Was Vout=1.2V what you meant?

My question is Vout=1.2V and it output max ripple voltage is(under PFM mode) ? i from IC datasheet to get it's typical is 16mV.

How about below question:

Hi Brian,

For this device family, Vout=1.2V cannot be achieved. If Vout=1.2 V is the target value for your power rail, I can recommend you another part.

When Mode is pull to Low, device operates in PFM mode. IQ is specified as stated page 6 with a value of 23uA typical.

TPS82674SIPR is a good fit for your system, Vout=1.2V can be achieved. IQ is 17uA typical in PFM mode for this device.

1.When TPS82674 working from PFM to PWM mode which it's Iout current loading thresholds is?
2.When TPS82674 working from PFM to PWM mode which Vout max voltage drop is 38mV ? base on Iout=0 to 385mA.
