TPS62090-Q1:TPS62090 VS TPS62090QRGTRQ1

Part Number: TPS62090-Q1

1. Why is the temperature item so different? Please explain why?

2. Why does the TPS62090RGTR increase in thermal resistance? Is there any change in chip material?

  • Hi Jeffrey,

The difference between both devices is minimal but they are designed for different applications. TPS62090-Q1 is rated for an automotive application and both are qualified for different standards.

    Best regards,
