Can you give me more information about the application you are using BQ24610 for? Are you just using BQ24610 to charge a device at the output of the power stage of BQ24610, and you do not need powerpath, input-reverse blocking FET? If so you can take a look at the first page of the FAQ post which shows a simplified non-powerpath schematic for BQ24610
