Hello Star,

I recommend reviewing the BQ24610 schematic checklist BQ24610_BQ24650_Schematic_Checklist.pdf. I noticed that you are using the wrong type of MOSFET for V5 and V6, we recommend using an N-Channel MOSFET for V6 and V5.
