BQ34Z100-G1: GPC report warning

Thanks for you reply, but i choose the difference Chem ID that the GOCCHEM tool recommend to do the learning cycle, the report results are same. "Warning: Voltage under load 4201 mV is higher than OCV 4185mV. Please check correctness of your chem ID".

can you confirm the result of the warning is cause by the incorrect CHEM ID ？if you confirm i will do the Chem test again~ Thanks!

    I do the Chem ID test again with   two cell, and the Chem ID result is the same with previously.

Hi Big Bill,

Ran the data on this end as well and ran into the same issue.

Please make sure that there isn't a portion of the log that switches from a charge to a discharge.  Even a small blip may sometimes cause this issue.

     I 'm sorry to say    the same issue  happen again in  the GPCRa0 test.  I don't know what happen in my  test, in  the last 3 years ,  I have been following this process and have never had a similar problem.  and  the  other question   How did you generate this report  by the GPARa0 tool  and I couldn't  because  of  the

I apologize that the advice seems basic - I understand you have been performing these logs for a long time successfully.

Please ensure there isn't a spike in the data that could be misinterpreted as a change from charge to discharge.  Please also ensure that the thermistor is mounted to the cells and the cell has reached thermal equilibrium prior to the beginning of the log.  Please also ensure that the thermistor is not in the path of the fan in the temperature chamber.

Please also ensure that the device is relaxed before and after the discharge.

     I am sure follow  the  test  rules. and I found that the batteries with problems were 26650 and soft-pack batteries, the  18650  cell   don't have  this problem.
