lm2841 used above, there is some noise when test the wave form.

why should this noise appeared ? or in which condition, there will be some clear noise.

Which signal are you measuring on the oscilloscope? First, you will want to verify that your probe method is correct. Are you using a tip and barrel method of sensing?
