TPS65185EVM: "VI is not exacutable. Full development version of LABVIEW is required to fix the problem" error

Hi,

During startup od TPS65185 software I get message "VI is not exacutable. Full development version of LABVIEW is required to fix the problem". I tried to reinstall engine directly from folder TPS65185\Volume\bin\p11\lvrte but it didn't work. My operating system is WIN10. What can I do to fix this error?

This GUI requires Labview 8.6 runtime to operate. Please try this patch here: www.ni.com/.../

Unfortunately it didn't work. I've tried to run it as admin, but it didn't work too. Any other ideas? I need this doftware to be running as soon as possible.
