I have a Flir E40 thermal camera that is not charging. i opened the camera and found a charging chip with markings cid ti 2aj p2t6. could it be a BQ24103 "Standalone Synchronous Switch-mode Li-Ion Charger w/2A FET in QFN-20, 1- or 2-cell" Can somebody verify please
