LM5009: Switching pulse at PFM operation

Hi,

The customer is evaluating LM5009 and they found that the switching pulse count is varied depend on input voltage. I tried to measure by using EVM with default external components and then could duplicate it as attached.

Can you explain how the converter judge to stop switching? (From Fig1, it looks the switching is stopped when FB pin voltage reach to 2.51V (Vref + 10mV).)
